Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Karlie and I specialize working with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders. Welcome to my practice! I strive to support people in navigating challenges life throws at us through empowering them to build resilience, find clarity, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my passion is helping you build a grounded, stable sense of self and move beyond feelings of shame that may hold you back. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where your nervous system can regulate, making room for deep healing and growth. I trust that you are the expert of your own life, so in our work together, I’ll support you in leading each session at your own pace, helping you connect with your inner resilience and wisdom. My approach is gentle and collaborative, focused on empowering you to reclaim a strong, authentic sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater emotional resilience, and practical tools to manage life's stressors. My goal is to help clients cultivate self-compassion, build healthier relationships, find coping strategies that work for them, and develop a stable sense of self.
