Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with graduate training in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have a private practice specializing in depth-oriented therapy for trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship patterns, life transitions, burnout, and feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with teens and adults and especially love working with motivated older teens and young women in their late teens and twenties. I am also certified in Somatic Archaeology and have additional training in somatic approaches.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, depth-oriented, holistic, and tailored to the person in front of me. I integrate psychodynamic and Jungian therapy, dreamwork, somatic and Somatic Experiencing–informed practices, parts work/IFS, mindfulness, and practical tools when helpful. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and inner conflicts shaping your life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and authentic—not to squeeze you into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. You won’t be expected to tell your entire life story or have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, what you hope will change, and what kind of support feels most useful to you. I’ll also answer your questions so we can decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
