Hi! My name is Karly Bender, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel things deeply. Whether you are having a difficult time with intense emotions, feeling disconnected, carrying the weight of the past, or feeling overwhelmed, I am here to offer a safe space.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I focus on understanding the different parts of yourself, how your past & relationships have shaped you, and how your emotions show up in your body.
You can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I take a relational approach to therapy, which means we’ll work together in a way that honors your experiences and builds trust. You may notice greater self-awareness, stronger emotional coping skills, and a deeper sense of connection, to yourself and to others.
