Taking the first steps and searching for a therapist to help you on your healing journey is a huge accomplishment! I am currently licensed in NJ and have been working in the field of mental health for about 8 years. I work with teens and adults with anxiety and/or neurodivergent disorders among other areas.
I take a very collaborative approach to therapy because I believe that you are the expert on you while I can help you untangle your areas of concern. Each person I work with is different from the one before, therefore I try to pull from each modality to adjust and adapt to each individual's needs.
During our first session we will take the time to go over any questions or concerns you may have as well as go over limits to confidentiality and explore your biggest goals and concerns. I won't ever promise that we'll fix every concern, but I will promise to work with you every step of the way and empower you to be your best self.
