Great to meet you!
With over a decade of clinical experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through meaningful self-discovery, growth, and change across all stages of life.
I believe that working with a trusted therapist can make the process of change feel less daunting—and even empowering, so I strive to be that steady presence: someone who listens with care, offers practical tools, helps deepen self-understanding, and supports healing.
I hold degrees from Rutgers University and Florida Atlantic University and am classically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). While rooted in these evidence-based modalities, my approach is holistic and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from psychodynamic theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems work.
