Great to meet you!

You’re not meant to walk through life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate, grounded, and faith-informed space where you can explore your story, heal from past wounds, and grow into the person you’re called to be.I am passionate about helping adults find peace and emotional rest. My approach integrates evidence‐based therapeutic practices with Christian values for clients who desire a spiritual component in their healing journey. I also welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. Together we will work through your journey to wholeness.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children, teens, and young adults through geriatrics, helping them navigate emotional challenges and life transitions. My specialties include anxiety and depression, divorce recovery and single parenting, weight loss and weight management, and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative and client-centered approach, incorporating:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Strengths-Based Therapy

• Solution-Focused Therapy

• Trauma-Informed Care

• Faith-Integrated Counseling (upon client request)

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and comfort level. Faith is never imposed but is thoughtfully included for clients who desire Christian counseling.

What you can expect from me

During this initial session, we will:

  • Talk about what led you to seek counseling and what you’re hoping to gain
  • Review your background, current stressors, and emotional or relational concerns
  • Discuss your faith, values, and how you would like them integrated into therapy
  • Go over confidentiality, therapy goals, and how sessions typically work
  • Answer any questions you may have about the counseling process

As a Christian therapist, I respect each client’s level of comfort with faith integration. If you desire, sessions may include biblical principles, prayer, or spiritual reflection—but these are always optional and guided by your preferences.

This first meeting is also a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit. Therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and supported. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful about the path forward.
