Great to meet you!

Kindness and empathy are at the heart of my practice. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, where I have supported clients through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and moments of crisis. My approach is warm, authentic, collaborative, and practical, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based support. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and real, while also helping you gain insight and take practical steps toward change. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, and strengthen the tools you already have within you. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, empowered, and more confident as you move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and exploring practical steps to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported moving forward.
