I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, and I'm certified in EMDR. I've also received training in play therapy. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, helping them to overcome anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma.

I tend to be person-centered with a mixture of directive and non-directive approaches depending on the needs of the client. I like to get to the root of a client's struggle rather than just focusing on symptom management.

Clients can expect to have a safe space to process what they're thinking and feeling. They will gain a deeper level of self-awareness, discover their own strengths, develop resources for coping with overwhelming emotions or situations, and overcome negative thought patterns.
