I’m Dr. KJ Foster, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), PTSD, trauma, and recovery from substance use and compulsive behaviors. I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, fear, or unwanted habits, and want to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is structured, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical tools to move forward with confidence.
