Great to meet you!

You might be asking questions that don’t have easy answers. Maybe you’ve built a full life, but it no longer feels right. You’ve reached your goals, but now you wonder what they mean. You could be facing a loss or change, and your usual ways of coping aren’t helping anymore.

I work with adults who want to go deeper. My clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and capable people who want more than just relief from symptoms. They want to understand themselves better and live with more clarity and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on deepening self-understanding and self-compassion. Therapy is a space for what’s true, even when it’s complicated or contradictory. We’ll work with curiosity rather than judgment, attending to your body, emotions, and the patterns shaping your life.

What you can expect from me

We won’t use quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, we’ll focus on what’s true and helpful for you, letting your own wisdom guide us. Over time, this work can help you feel more grounded, better able to handle challenges, and clearer about what matters most. While this process can be hard, it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. There’s room for both depth and lightness.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years as a creative executive and Chief Creative Officer. I understand what it's like to succeed outwardly while inwardly questioning the meaning of it all. I hold additional certification and training in DBT, IFS, Somatic, and Mindfulness-based therapies.
