Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck in the same patterns that keep you from living your most meaningful life and reaching your goals, I can help.

Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, or stuck in the past, or maybe you’ve found some ways to feel better in the moment, but they aren’t helping you to achieve your bigger goals. I offer a safe space to explore new perspectives and tools so that we can find deeper healing and help you reconnect with what’s most important to you and get you moving forward again.

My approach to therapy

I believe we are always changing and growing, but sometimes we keep trying to use the same tools or techniques, even as we outgrow them. We’ll explore your unique situation, values and goals to guide us to the best tools for you. We will talk about new perspectives for thinking about our thoughts and emotions, build a better relationship with ourselves, explore the mind-body connection and consider reprocessing some past moments that are showing up in the present.

What you can expect from me

I’m here to help you find new tools that can actually help you get unstuck, and build some flexibility so that you can keep adapting and growing long beyond our time together.

Let's get unstuck together.
