I have experience in several different practice settings where I have treated a variety of concerns which include, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, military experiences, relationship challenges, life performance issues, or athletes and athletic related challenges. I have completed a Masters of Science in community mental health counseling and am currently pursing a Doctorate of Education in sport and performance psychology.

The foundation of my approach comes from a person-centered lens where I am non-judgmental, honest, and empathic.
