I would love to be a support and create a safe space to process and work through those vulnerable moments. My role is to provide an environment that feels safe to discuss the most personal struggles. primarily based in CBT and trauma informed care. I work with ages 12 and up- currently only offering virtual. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorder, and transitions / life changes.
