Hi there! I'm Kasey Griner, a licensed clinical social worker who is BLAST certified and has over eight years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. With expertise in family therapy, PTSD, trauma, and chemical dependency, I'm committed to empathetically listening to your needs and providing personalized support to help you feel your best, one day at a time.

My approach to therapy

Using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavioral therapy we can help you cope with and navigate through difficult times, reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and ptsd and live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.

What you can expect from me

With additional training and education in perinatal mental health, I can help you through one of the most difficult adjustments in life- pregnancy, preparing for and embracing life with a newborn. In addition, I can assist with traumatic births, miscarriages, infertility, unplanned pregnancies and infant loss.
