Great to meet you!
I’m Kasey Hopkins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of psychotherapy with a total of 20 years of experience in social work and I specialize in working with late adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, aging-related concerns, codependency and unhealthy relationships including intimate partner violence, grief and loss, maternal health, mood disorders, perimenopause, menopause, phase-of-life transitions, and veteran care. I’m also an affirming ally to LGBTQIA+ clients, committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. There are a lot of therapists out there, but here’s what you’ll get with me: I’m not here to just nod along. I’m here to show up fully, listen deeply, and work with you to untangle what’s weighing you down. My style is compassionate and straightforward, with a willingness to challenge old patterns when it will help you grow. Over the past six years, I have worked in a multidisciplinary mental health setting providing individual, group, and intensive outpatient therapy, as well as crisis management and collaborative care. I believe change is possible and I’m ready to help you get there.
