Great to meet you!

I'm a relationship therapist committed to helping individuals and intimate partners deepen their authenticity and trust. My work focuses on identifying the deeper roots of experiences that reinforce low self esteem, negative communication patterns and feelings of disconnection, and developing solutions to enhance connection and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I partner with clients to shed light on the roots of where disconnection, broken trust and insecurity lie and provide a map to repair and heal from the damage. We will hold space for mental, emotional and somatic processing that will both honor your experience and challenge it when necessary to lay the foundation for lasting change. I primarily utilize evidenced-based treatment modalities, including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, ERP and Gottman Methods.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy working with those who are navigating emotional distancing or insecure attachment, contemplating leaving a toxic relationship or job, new parents and those in caregiver roles, and helping people pleasers learn to say no. Clients take away a sense that they matter, their needs and feelings are important, and the insight that leaning into challenge is the path forward. Addressing these common goals leads to a greater sense of confidence, trust in oneself, and life satisfaction.
