Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kasey, I help clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and feelings of overwhelm. My approach is holistic and creative. I draw on integrative methods including somatic work, expressive arts and EMDR. My goal in every session is to make you feel understood, build clarity, and cultivate lasting change while healing.

My approach to therapy

I help people heal in a way that engages the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. In sessions, we use creative tools, body-based practices, guided reflection, and mindfulness to explore your feelings, release old patterns, and feel more grounded and empowered.

Life transitions, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or feeling stuck can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to face them alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space tailored to your needs, where you can safely process experiences, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work toward balance, resilience, and a sense of well-being that lasts beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

The number one predictor of success in therapy is the relationship fit, so connection is key! Within a relationship of safety, trust and intention, you can make profound changes in your life. I am honored to walk along side you on your path.
