I hold three Master's degrees and my professional background is varied. I have worked in many different settings and have provided supervision to other licensed clinicians. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado and hold a Certified Employee Assistance Professional certificate.

I offer a strength based, solution-focused, collaborative approach using a variety of modalities for counseling and coaching.

I invite clients to participate in treatment planning, determine where the client is each session, and incorporate mindfulness and evidenced based activities in each session.
