Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Austin, Texas. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and work with teens, adults, and couples. I primarily work with clients ages 14 and older, with much of my current caseload consisting of adults of all ages.

I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as folks navigating trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity and belonging. I love working with clients who come to therapy with curiosity, openness, and a desire to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Sometimes that looks like feeling ready to dive in, and sometimes it looks like showing up with uncertainty, skepticism, or hesitation. All of it is welcome. My hope is to help you connect with the curious and compassionate parts of yourself so that together we can approach every part of your experience with kindness, understanding, and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, present-moment-focused, and highly relational. I take an integrative approach, meaning I draw from different methods depending on your unique experiences, identity, values, and personhood.

At the heart of my work is a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on understanding how your past experiences, relationships, and adaptations continue to influence your life in the present. By exploring these patterns with curiosity and compassion, we can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create opportunities for healing, growth, and lasting change.

My clinical lens is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, somatic therapies, and attachment-focused work. I also sprinkle some Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as-needed, incorporating practical skills that can support emotional regulation, relationships, and the deeper therapeutic work we do together.

I am also currently offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical. If you're interested in learning more about KAP, I welcome you to reach out.

Together, my hope is that we'll move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward deeper understanding, healing, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to be a free-flowing opportunity to settle in and get to know one another. I'll spend time getting to know you—what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

I bring playfulness, honesty, curiosity, and warm energy into the therapy room. My neurodivergence (ADHD) is one of my strengths as a therapist—it helps me stay flexible, creative, engaged, and deeply attuned to what is happening in the moment.

I view therapy as a collaborative process and welcome your feedback along the way. This is your space, your life, and your healing journey. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you better understand yourself and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been forgotten, hidden, or carrying burdens for a long time.
