Great to meet you!

I like to think of myself as a lantern holder in the darker times of people's lives. I am passionate about helping clients resolve the invisible wounds that keep them repeating vicious cycles.

I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an effective (evidence-based) eye movement technique to change the way people respond to certain people, places, and events in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I've been trained in several areas of trauma-informed healing, including Registered Yoga Teacher training.

I am also trained and certified as a Natural Lifemanship Equine Therapy provider. I work with an organization that provides Equine sessions for Veterans and their Families/Spouses.

I'm a "come as you are" type of provider, hoping to create a comfortable space (whether in person or virtually) for my clients.

What you can expect from me

The primary goal I have for every individual I work with is for them to feel a sense of relief as we wrap each session. I also strive to help clients become more at peace with the past and the unknown future.
