Great to meet you!

I am passionate about the world of mental health and I have been in this field since 2010. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with substance dependence and/or addiction, in addition to, processing symptoms of trauma, ADHD and addressing/enhancing effective parenting skills.

My approach to therapy

Clients will learn ways to increase their awareness of their own strengths. We will practice a variety of techniques to create a lane of self-discovery. Finally, in an effort to sustain curiosity, clients will be provided with focus points for the week to explore outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

My first approach is to build a healthy rapport with my clients and explore their goals for therapy. Next, we will explore tools to screen for symptoms and behaviors. Lastly, we will conclude our session with a soothing coping skill of the client's choice.
