Great to meet you!

Hi there— my name is Kasie; I'm really excited to see you have found my profile on your journey to a better self.

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I believe real change happens when therapy is tailored to the goals, struggles, and hopes for the future of my clients.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and nearly a decade of experience walking alongside clients through life’s hardest moments.

These days, I focus on helping young and middle-aged adults as well as couples navigate life's transitions, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and LGBTQAI+ matters—always with individual care, authenticity, and respect for who you are.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in authenticity. I view therapy as a partnership, encouraging clients to advocate for their needs and actively participate in shaping their goals. I take an eclectic and relational stance, integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused techniques, strengths-based interventions, and choice-oriented approaches. This flexibility allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique challenges, ensuring our work is both personalized and effective.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, you can expect to gain practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to face life’s challenges with resilience. You’ll leave therapy with strategies tailored to your needs—whether it’s calming anxiety, improving communication, navigating grief, or building self-esteem. Our work will help you reconnect with your strengths, feel more grounded in your identity, and create lasting changes that support healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.
