Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of clinical experience supporting clients living with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, addiction, loss, transitions to parenthood, relationship challenges, trauma and systemic violence. I received my undergraduate and graduate clinical training at NYU and have extensive post graduate training in parent-child mental health and trauma. I have specialized in perinatal and maternal mental health for the past 5+ years and am passionate about mental health equity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach all my therapeutic relationships with openness and curiosity. I am empathic and patient will work at your pace to identify tools and techniques that align with your goals. I will also reflect with you to recognize and harness your strengths and support you to work through your challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I have worked with folks experiencing a diverse set of challenges during my years as a clinician, and yet the one thing about my practice that is consistent is how I show up for my clients.
