Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins in relationships where people feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment, and feel supported as you navigate life's challenges.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and authentic approach to therapy. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.

I believe every person's story is unique. Rather than assuming what you need, I take the time to understand your experiences, values, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll create a path forward that feels meaningful, empowering, and aligned with the life you want to build.

Whether you're facing a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for a place to process and grow, my hope is that you'll find a space where you feel heard, respected, and never alone in what you're carrying.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe enough to explore difficult experiences while also feeling empowered to make meaningful changes.

I work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how past experiences can shape thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels manageable while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy should be both validating and growth-oriented, you deserve to feel understood while also gaining the confidence to face challenges that once felt impossible.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet.

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal strengths, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I'll also ask questions to better understand your history and experiences so we can develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals and what matters most to you.

Together, we'll identify meaningful, realistic goals and discuss what the therapy process may look like moving forward. I encourage questions throughout the session and value open communication so that therapy feels collaborative from the very beginning. My hope is that you leave your first appointment feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to support your healing and growth.
