Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Kassey, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with preteens, teens, and adults in Texas. I enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic illness and pain, and other life challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is collaborative and uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore what is happening in your life and what matters most to you. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can create space for you to heal, reconnect with your values, and recognize the strengths you already carry with you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create space for you to heal, find clarity, and move forward with a personal sense of purpose in your life. You do not have to figure it all out on your own. I would be honored to walk alongside you through whatever you’re facing.
