Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you are here. I'm Kassidy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about working with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, over-thinking, and self-doubt. I have 7 years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of mental health disorders across the lifespan. I attended Campbellsville University where I graduated in 2018 with a Master of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, practical, and empowering approach. I believe therapy should be a safe space to process your thoughts, feelings, and symptoms. I offer validation when appropriate as well as respectfully challenging unhealthy thinking and behavior patterns. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy interventions unique to your symptoms and goals, including, CBT, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). If you are ready for steady support and empowered growth, I would love to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be an introductory session where you will be able to share your story in a warm and welcoming virtual space. Together we will work on an individualized treatment plan to meet your goals. I value therapy that is collaborative and intentional. I believe therapy should be supportive and grounding while also helping you gain practical tools you can use in everyday life.
