Great to meet you!

I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I began my specialization in trauma and relational therapy. I have worked with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings, including Hartgrove Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Community Reach Center, located in Denver, CO, as well as private/group practices in both the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Many find themselves caught in a cycle of emotional challenges, leaving one feeling drained and disconnected. There’s often a disconnect between intellectual understanding and emotional reality – a gap between what is known in the mind and what is felt in the heart and body. This misalignment can leave one questioning whether lasting change is truly possible. I work to help you process and release stored trauma in your body so that you are able to enact and fully embody the change you desire.

What you can expect from our first session

I work collaboratively with clients to develop goals for therapy based on what your priorities are in addition to feedback I'll provide based on our work together. I am an active listener with the primary goal of helping you feel seen and understood and will provide direct feedback when appropriate and elicited based on your specific needs and style of therapy that works well for you.
