Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kassie. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I’m passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of life; whether that’s addiction, psychosis, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or thoughts of suicide. I've spent over 5 years working in mental health with a wide range of clients, drawing on CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT depending on what fits you best.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth — therapy should feel like a safe space where you can just show up as you are."

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to discuss the context for seeking therapy, how I might be able to help. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of things, I’m here to help you find clarity, build on your strengths, and take steps toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
