Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas. I earned my psychiatric nursing certification from Walden University. My professional experience includes working with a wide variety of clients and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I believe in a collaborative and compassionate approach to mental health care.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on the belief that effective mental health care requires a personalized strategy. I combine medication management with talk therapy to create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. My goal is to work with you as a partner, ensuring you feel supported and heard every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

When you come in for your first session, my priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being open. Think of me as your teammate and advocate—someone who is dedicated to helping you navigate your mental health journey. We'll work together to understand your concerns and establish a clear path toward your goals.
