Great to meet you!

We all face challenges and joys and I am no stranger to either. My road to therapy began about 15 years ago after experiencing my own trauma and grief. I was left feeling stuck on repeat and I needed to take back my power. Finding my way to the other side my best side was to learn and develop the tools to support others. I lean into supporting mothers and caregivers as it isn't always easy or predictable. My special education background lends me to advocate for children and families in the home and in the community. I love to support and make a plan for blended families. And my desire is to help couples and intimate partners find fulfillment and connection.

My approach to therapy

First I always want to validate you for the experiences you have had. They belong to you and they shape who you are. I then collaborate with you to create a vision for what you want and what fulfills you. We work together to clear the barriers from the past, stay present in your commitment to yourself, and work towards the future you deserve. This is the same for couples and families who are parts of a whole that is at its best when each member feels the same.

What you can expect from me

Let's breakdown why you are here and how I can help you meet your goals. Let's explore the strength you had to reach out and draw up a plan to pursue what we need to heal and how we empower our best and most satisfied self.
