Great to meet you!

Kat Daley is a licensed independent clinical social worker, psychotherapist, teacher, and spiritual seeker.

My approach to therapy

Kat's training and education has spanned years and includes a combination of Western education and training in psychology (including EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, somatics, and play therapy), integrative health coaching, and the study and practice of wisdom traditions (including yoga, energy work, indigenous methods, and other spiritual philosophies). She provides an intuitive and pragmatic approach to mental health care, blending research backed therapeutic interventions with a mind-body approach.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to understand where you are and what you seek and to collaboratively explore if you will be able to get the health and healing experience you need with Kat's support.
