Great to meet you!

I am a queer, trans nonbinary, neurodivergent identified therapist. My work centers trauma-informed, identity-affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. I believe that the client is the expert of their own experience and prioritize collaboration in therapeutic relationship. My practice is grounded in harm reduction and providing compassionate care to every individual. I have experience working with LGBTIA+, late-diagnosed Autism & ADHD in adults, trauma, major life transitions, gender exploration, substance use, mood disorders, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I believe that no two individuals are alike, and therapy should reflect that. I am passionate about bringing a neuro-affirming framework to the therapy space. My approach integrates strengths-based, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic interventions. I lead with curiosity and collaboration to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration.

What you can expect from me

My focus of the first session is to get to know you! We will explore your goals and what brings you to the session. I will spend time gathering background information and hearing about your unique needs. I ultimately want to ensure that we are a great fit for your goals and needs! My hope is that by the end of the session, you will feel a little lighter than when we began.
