Great to meet you!

So nice to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, and for nearly 10 years I've helped adults navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical support. Early in my career, I worked with individuals struggling with substance use and eating disorders. While I still help clients with those concerns today, I now primarily support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, codependency, and major life transitions.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I'm so glad you've found your way here. If you're looking for a supportive place to heal, grow, and better understand yourself, I'm glad our paths crossed.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You can expect a space where you're heard, respected, and in the driver's seat, while I bring compassion, honest feedback, and practical guidance to help you navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. My approach blends thoughtful processing with practical DBT skills, and I also offer EMDR therapy for clients who may benefit from trauma-focused treatment.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself—where you can talk openly about what's on your mind without fear of judgment. We'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor each session to your unique needs and use evidence-based approaches to make sure our work together is both supportive and effective.
