Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are used to holding it all together for everyone else. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, a chronic health condition, medical trauma, life transitions, or the pressures of sport and performance, it can be exhausting to carry so much on your own. Often, clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, creative, and holistic. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, regulate the nervous system, and build mental resilience in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and former collegiate athlete with advanced training in sport and performance psychology, I specialize in working with athletes as well as adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and bereavement, chronic illness, medical trauma, stress, and life challenges. I integrate traditional talk therapy with creative approaches, tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.

You may be used to pushing through difficult experiences, but you don't have to carry them alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, process what you're going through, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. When you're ready, I'm here to support you.
