Great to meet you!

First, give yourself a moment to celebrate the fact that you're here! Finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but if you’re here and searching for help, let me introduce myself... My name is Kat and I aim to create a safe and welcoming therapy space by curating an authentic therapeutic relationship through acceptance, empathy, and humor. I work with individuals who are dealing with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, stress management, life transitions, grief, OCD, bipolar disorder, self-harm, gender identity, and more.

ALSO: I offer sliding scale self-pay rates to help bridge the gap between affordability and accessibility!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices including including acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and internal family systems. Together, we'll explore thought patterns, process emotions, and develop tools to help you move toward a life that feels aligned with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you will get a chance to discuss presenting concerns, provide information about your mental health history, and we will work together to establish therapeutic goals. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you're free to show up as you are without judgment or pretense. Reach out to set up a consultation soon!
