Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? You don’t have to go through it alone.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ongoing stress, or relationship challenges, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to move forward in a meaningful way.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New Jersey with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties. I am also a licensed therapist in the UK with over 15 years of experience working with children and their families.

Together, we’ll work to understand the deeper emotional patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. My approach is relational and collaborative—we’ll build a strong therapeutic connection that supports real, lasting change.

In our work, you can expect to:

  • Develop practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions
  • Build emotional resilience and confidence in handling difficult situations
  • Process painful experiences so they no longer define your present
  • Improve communication and connection in your relationships
  • Create realistic, achievable goals that support lasting growth

My goal is to help you not just cope, but feel more grounded, capable, and connected—to yourself and to others.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a feel for the process, and see if we’re a good fit.

You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Change is possible—and it starts here.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that meaningful change happens within the context of a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore your experiences openly.

I work collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying emotional patterns, past experiences, and relational dynamics that contribute to current challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we work to understand the root causes of distress so that change is deeper and more lasting.

At the same time, therapy with me is practical and skills-based. I integrate approaches that help you build:

  • Emotional regulation skills to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • Distress tolerance for navigating difficult or triggering situations
  • Coping strategies that are effective and sustainable in daily life
  • Self-awareness and insight into thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Psychodynamic and relational therapy to explore how past experiences shape present patterns
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors
  • Trauma-informed approaches to safely process and integrate difficult experiences
  • Attachment-based work to improve relationship dynamics and deepen emotional connection
