Great to meet you!

I like to help people face difficult things and make meaningful changes. I offer a calm and steady presence, whether you're working to change habitual patterns, strengthen relationships, or lean deeply into places that are hard to go. Practicing 25+ years.

My approach to therapy

I support you in identifying your goals and finding pathways to reach them. I use primarily a cognitive-behavioral approach - working with thoughts, feelings and behaviors - while incorporating mind-body tools and inviting spiritual insight and understanding. I have many tools in my toolbox, so there are options for switching gears as needed if something's not working.

What you can expect from me

As we begin, I'll let you tell me your story of what brings you to therapy. I'll be curious about your history, your relationships, your struggles, and whatever you think is most important. I want to help you prioritize your own values and find your way to being the best version of yourself.
