However, you're left only to still feel on edge, highly frustrated, rely on caffeine to get through the day, work late, and escape your emotions through your phone or tv. And find that none of these were real methods for creating lasting change.

The other myth you’ve been sold? That balancing your work, relationships, health and wellbeing is something you should achieve yet it'll be a struggle. You’ve been sold on what society has told you that you’re supposed to have only to end up burned out, stressed out, and unhappy. But, what if you could have it all and make it work for YOU?

My approach to therapy

Hi, I’m Katarina Kiseli - a former FBI employee who is now a Therapist. I help high achievers thrive not just survive.

I get it. Moving away from unhealthy habits and shedding limiting beliefs like dead weight that’s holding your highest self hostage seems like running a marathon.

The great news? It doesn’t have to be.

My years in the FBI alongside my prior experience as a personal trainer and life coach has helped me uncover a unique set of tools, systems and strategies I use in my practice.

My approach is solution-oriented with a balance of honesty, humor, and directness (with a splash of spirituality thrown in) to keep you from staying stuck. It is therapy that does not just talk the talk but walks the walk (balanced with a lot of training and education grounded in trauma-focused therapy and CBT).

The only question is: That highest version of you that you will meet through our sessions...Will you be ready to meet them?
