Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Kate. I am bilingual, speaking both English and Polish. I have over two decades of experience helping individuals through anxiety, depression, women's issues, relationship issues, grief and more. I believe that everyone is capable of positive change and am appreciative for my role in helping individuals gain that self-awareness. I utilize the power of mindfulness to help clients take back their power. I specialize in helping adults that are ages 25+.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to support adults who are ready to understand and change the patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may be keeping them stuck. Using a trauma-informed approach grounded in polyvagal theory and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients develop greater awareness of their nervous system, build emotional regulation and distress-tolerance skills, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves with compassion rather than judgment. Together, we work to recognize old patterns, strengthen self-awareness, develop practical skills, and create new ways of relating to ourselves and others—so clients can move toward greater safety, connection, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
