Hello there, my name is Katarzyna, but you can call me Kash. I received my Master's in Social work from University of West Florida in 2016, and became licensed in 2018. Since receiving my LCSW, I have had the pleasure of working with a large range of clients, from specialized foster care, to being a medical social worker for the geriatric population. I am currently licensed in Texas, Florida, and Colorado, and work with the 18 years old+ population.
I strive to foster an environment of compassion and support, while also providing a private and confidential space. Every client deserves an individual approach to their very unique needs. I will help guide and assist you in this personal journey of healing and change, in hopes of achieving a much-improved quality of life. I utilize different modalities throughout my sessions, but most commonly I emphasize on CBT, DBT, and ACT, among others.
I strive to create a safe space, where you feel comfortable to peel back those difficult layers that may have been stuck for quite some time. I understand counseling may be difficult, especially on an online platform such as this, but I can assure you that I will never pressure you to discuss the topics that you may have imprisoned. You are in charge of the trajectory of our sessions and are in complete control the direction we take each time we meet.
