Kate Boldon

Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here taking the next step for your mental health. My name is Kate and I have been working in the mental health field as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for 10 years. I obtained undergraduate degrees in both psychology and nursing at OSU and completed my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing.

I am incredibly passionate about helping clients to become the best version of themselves and living their life free of mental health burdens. The goal is to optimize your functioning so you can live life as the best version of yourself. You do not have to suffer, no matter the diagnosis, or circumstances, we will work together to get you where you want to be.

I specialize in helping clients manage their symptoms so they can thrive despite any diagnosis.

I accept and treat all levels of acuity and have experience working with all age groups age 4+.

My approach to providing psychiatric care is patient-centered and solution-focused. The goal is to eliminate all symptoms interfering with daily functioning.

Care is not dictated, but rather a collaboration with what the client is comfortable with based on their individual experience.

Clients can expect to take away confidence that their mental health symptoms can dramatically improve with the appropriate treatment. No questions will be left unanswered. I want the client to feel at ease and optimistic in the decisions made during each appointment.
