Great to meet you!

I’m an individual and couples therapist specializing in developmental trauma and C-PTSD. I love working with healthcare workers, therapists, highly sensitive people, and empaths, people who spend their days holding space for others and often don’t have much left for themselves by the time they reach out for support. I understand the particular exhaustion that comes with that, and I take seriously what it means to finally be the one getting to be held.

My approach to therapy

I use EMDR and somatic approaches because trauma doesn’t just live in our thoughts, it lives in the body, and that’s where a lot of the real work happens. I’m especially interested in how our earliest experiences of connection shape the way we relate to people now, and how healing actually happens in relationship. My style is warm and direct. I’ll slow things down when your nervous system needs it and meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you! I’ll want to hear what brought you in and what you’re hoping for.
