Great to meet you!

I have worked in a variety of settings including re-entry programs, private practice and higher education. Before building my private practice, I spent several years in higher education overseeing a college counseling center. Over the past 10 years, I have been grateful to work with individuals and couples presenting with various concerns. I currently specialize in emerging adults, leaders and individuals in high-stress careers navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, high-functioning anxiety and transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both collaborative and empowering/strength oriented. I believe that clients know themselves better than they think but sometimes need support challenging themselves in ways that have kept them stuck for so long. I've found clients succeed the best when they connect to their values, live aligned with their sense of purpose and meaning, and get curious about themselves and what makes them tick.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are completely oriented to building our therapy relationship. I guide the first session, more than any other session, as I want to get to know about you, what brings you to therapy, and get a feel for how best to approach our work together.
