Great to meet you!

I've been working in mental health for over a decade and have been practicing therapy for 8+ years. I've worked in addiction recovery, with teens, in crisis care, and now focus on working with adults who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, stress, imposter syndrome, communication challenges, ADHD symptoms, lower self-esteem, or who need some support while trying to make tough decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of working together to understand your unique experiences and challenges. I focus on equipping you with practical tools to manage stress and enhance self-awareness. I work to foster compassion and understanding, helping you gain clarity and confidence as you pursue growth and healing. Together, we’ll navigate your journey toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss your goals, what you're hoping to achieve through therapy, and the approaches to life that do or don't work for you. We'll focus on what feels most pressing to you at that moment—I won't start with your entire life story or dive into your deepest traumas. Instead, we'll concentrate on identifying that next step to help you become who you want to be.
