Great to meet you!

Psychoanalytic therapy offers a different kind of conversation. It’s a space where you can speak freely, without needing to organize your thoughts in advance, and where what you say is taken seriously. Often, thoughts and feelings that haven’t been spoken—even to yourself—begin to take shape. Something that has been unclear or just out of reach can gradually come into view. Over time, patterns emerge, and what once felt fixed can begin to loosen.

My approach to therapy

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, creative blocks, and the lingering effects of trauma. Our work often involves noticing patterns—ways of feeling and relating that repeat without being fully understood. As these become clearer, there can be more room to respond differently, with greater flexibility and freedom.

What you can expect from me

My background in art and visual culture informs how I listen. I work with people who are thoughtful and curious, or stuck or unsure of what they're feeling. This work unfolds over time, but it can be deeply meaningful. Sometimes it begins with a feeling, a question, or something that doesn't quite make sense yet. This can be a place for us to begin.
