Great to meet you!

Psychoanalytic therapy—and psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy—offers a unique, exploratory process: a protected space where anything can be said and everything is listened to with care. Thoughts and feelings long unspoken—even to yourself—can begin to take shape.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, creative blocks, relationship difficulties, and the lingering effects of past trauma. Through deep listening and the gradual work of discovery, entrenched patterns may begin to loosen. Inhibitions soften, new experiences become possible, and a fuller sense of aliveness can emerge.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With a background in visual culture, art, and design, I bring a particular sensitivity to the inner world of creators, thinkers, and those navigating high-pressure or high-performance environments. I work with people facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, creative and professional impasses, relationship struggles, questions of identity and desire, and the lingering effects of past trauma. I welcome those seeking deeper self-understanding, whether in the midst of transition or simply feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected.

What you can expect from our first session

Psychoanalytic work isn’t a quick fix. It’s a process—often subtle, nuanced, and sometimes intense—that unfolds over time. With time it goes beyond symptom relief, offering the possibility of deeper understanding and greater freedom. If you're is ready to begin—whether it’s clear or barely taking shape—I’d be glad to meet you there. You don’t need to have the right words. We can begin with whatever comes.
