Great to meet you!

Be yourself here! I am a warm and compassionate therapist with a commitment to empowering individuals on their journey towards wellness and self-discovery. I create an approach tailored to each client's unique needs. As a mindfulness practitioner, I believe in the power of living in the present moment and cultivating self-awareness. I am an Integrative Mental Health Professional and am passionate about helping individuals acknowledge the interconnectedness of mind/body/spirit.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I guide clients to explore and heal unresolved emotional wounds, resulting in greater self-compassion and inner harmony. My Integrative methods often blend tools such as IFS parts work (internal family systems), Somatic Experiencing, trauma-focused and solution-focused methods. I also tie in psycho-spiritual and transpersonal methods, when/if appropriate, depending on the client. Each person is unique and treatment methods may vary by individual.

What you can expect from our first session

Finding the right therapist or coach for YOU is an important part of your process. I love chatting with potential new clients to see if we are a good fit for each other. You being comfortable with whomever you chose to work with is a vital part of your healing journey.

In our first session, I will get to know you a little more and will ask you to share a bit about yourself and how I may be able to help. I've been told (and I agree), that I am very easy to talk with. You are free to be YOU!
