Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kate. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, a people-person at heart and a holder of hope. I believe therapy should feel compassionate, approachable, and genuinely human. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, get curious, and show up as you are, especially if life feels overwhelming or you’ve been living on survival mode.

I enjoy working with individuals navigating seasons of transition, identity development or refinement, relationship shifts, and burnout...particularly during the 20s and 30s, when life can feel full of change, questions, and pressure to “have it all figured out.” Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in autopilot, disconnected from their values, or unsure of what’s next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, creativity, and connection. Together, we explore your experiences at a pace that is both out of your comfort zone but still within your capacity: stretching when it’s helpful and pausing when it’s needed.

I take a holistic and relational approach, helping you understand patterns that once served a purpose, reconnect with your values, and move toward a more grounded and authentic rhythm.

What you can expect from me

Our work is collaborative and reflective. You can expect a space that balances insight with practical support, where we make sense of your story with care rather than judgment. Over time, clients often find themselves feeling more connected to themselves, clearer in their relationships, and more aligned with the life they want to be living.
