Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kate and I have worked with children and families since 2012 after graduating from Millersville University with a bachelors in psychology. After working for a few years supporting young people transition from residential care to home, I enrolled in the Smith College School for Social Work. During graduate school and after I found a passion working with folks navigating all sorts of life transitions. I work as a pediatric palliative care social worker and help patients and families focus on what is most important to them. Currently, I am a fellow with NYU's Zelda Foster's Studies in Palliative and End-of-Life Care Leadership Fellowship.
