Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Everyone benefits from a safe place to talk. I enjoy making my clients feel comfortable and welcome, whether we are meeting virtually or in-person. I work with adults affected by serious illness, stress, grief or loss, anxiety, depression, and those adjusting to big changes in life.

My approach to therapy

I use a “client-centered” approach, which means I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I like to create a non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe and able to communicate openly. I use a combination of therapeutic tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

We maintain a safe environment where you can feel comfortable talking openly, and identify goals you would like to work on. I offer support in developing coping tools and constructive problem solving. As you develop and practice new skills, we will use different techniques that work best for you.

I look forward to meeting with you!
