Great to meet you!

Hello Beautiful! I want to come along with you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. I have been working with people of all ages for over 15 years to heal from the traumas they have experienced. Growing up in a house with substance use and anger, I was able to develop myself as an empath. This ability has helped me to tune in to my clients, transmute their energy in a loving way, and help them to take steps to begin their own healing processes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Being an empath has opened me up spiritually and intuitively. It has helped me find faith and connection in everything. I want to help you feel this connection and this deeper love and healing. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and a certified Medium.

What you can expect from our first session

I use traditional tools such as talk therapy, childhood trauma work, thought distortions identification, and animal-assisted therapy with non-traditional tools like meditation, tarot cards, chakra work, and spirituality to help my clients on their path of healing. I am honored and excited to start working with you!
